Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of procedural justice and POS on OCB with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at Perumda Tirta Albantani. This study uses a quantitative research method with a population of 164 employees and 90 samples selected using a probability sampling technique, namely proportioned stratified random sampling. The analytical methods employed in this study include descriptive statistical analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis—including measurements of the outer and inner models—and model fit analysis (Goodness of Fit), utilizing the SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.1. The results of this study indicate that four direct influence hypotheses were accepted, including procedural justice, POS has a significant positive effect on OCB, POS has a significant positive effect on commitment, and commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB. The indirect effects are that organizational commitment cannot mediate the relationship between the effect of procedural justice on OCB, and organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between the effect of POS on OCB.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan prosedural dan POS terhadap OCB dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening di Perumda Tirta Albantani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 164 karyawan dan 90 sampel yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling probabilitas, yaitu proportioned stratified random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis model persamaan struktural (SEM) termasuk pengukuran outer dan inner model, serta analisis kesesuaian model (Goodness of Fit), melalui penggunaan program SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.1. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan empat hipotesis pengaruh langsung yang diterima, diantaranya procedural justice, POS berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB, POS berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen, dan komitmen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB. Efek tidak langsungnya adalah bahwa komitmen organisasi tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara efek procedural justice terhadap OCB, dan komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi hubungan antara efek POS terhadap OCB.
