Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of the implementation of the Gerbang Mapan Program (Coastal Community Development Movement) on the income of the community in Ketapang Village, Mauk District, Tangerang Regency. Based on the problem identification, it was found that although the program has been well implemented administratively and physically, the increase in community income remains uneven and does not yet reflect a maximal impact. Limited socialization, low community participation, and the dominance of infrastructure development over economic empowerment have become major obstacles to the program's effectiveness. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 98 beneficiaries of the program, using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results show that the program implementation falls into the "very good" category (83%), while community income is in the "good" category (75%). However, the program’s contribution to income improvement is only 12%, indicating that external factors still play a dominant role. It is recommended that the program implementation focus more on economic empowerment, increased community participation, and regular, measurable evaluations. These efforts are essential to ensure the program's impact on improving community income can be optimized and sustained.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi Program Gerbang Mapan (Gerakan Pembangunan Masyarakat Pantai) terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Ketapang, Kecamatan Mauk, Kabupaten Tangerang. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah, ditemukan bahwa meskipun program telah berjalan dengan baik secara administratif dan fisik, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat belum merata dan belum mencerminkan dampak yang maksimal. Keterbatasan sosialisasi, minimnya partisipasi masyarakat, dan dominasi pembangunan infrastruktur dibanding pemberdayaan ekonomi menjadi hambatan utama dalam efektivitas program. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear sederhana. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 98 responden penerima manfaat program dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan software SPPS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program berada pada kategori sangat baik (83%), dan pendapatan masyarakat dalam kategori baik (75%). Namun, kontribusi program terhadap peningkatan pendapatan hanya sebesar 12%, yang mengindikasikan masih dominannya faktor-faktor eksternal lainnya. Disarankan agar implementasi program lebih difokuskan pada pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, peningkatan partisipasi, serta evaluasi berkala yang terukur. Upaya ini diperlukan agar dampak program terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dapat berjalan secara optimal dan berkelanjutan. | |||||||||
