Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in Financial Performance and Social Performance of Sharia Rural Banks before and after the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program in Banten Province. The sample used is purposive sampling, where researchers use certain criteria to select samples, the data used in this study are financial performance data which includes Non Performing Finance (NPF), Finance to Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and social performance data using the Zakat Ratio (ZR), Qard Ratio (QR), Kepuasaan Pemegang Wadiah (KPW) at Sharia Rural Banks in Banten Province which are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period March 2015 - December 2024 which is calculated using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test conducted with IBM SPSS 25 software. The results showed that there were significant differences in the NPF, FDR, CAR, ZR, KPW ratios, while there were no significant differences in the QR before and after the National Economic Recovery Program.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan Kinerja Keuangan dan Kinerja Sosial Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah sebelum dan sesudah program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) di Provinsi Banten. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yang dimana peneliti menggunakan kriteria tertentu untuk memilih sampel, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kinerja keuangan yang meliputi Non Performing Finance (NPF), Finance to Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) serta data kinerja sosial yang menggunakan Zakat Ratio (ZR), Qard Ratio (QR), Kepuasaan Pemegang Wadiah (KPW) pada Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah di Provinsi Banten yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) periode Maret 2015 – Desember 2024 yang dihitung dengan menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test yang dilakukan dengan software IBM SPSS 25. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada rasio NPF, FDR, CAR, ZR, dan KPW, sedangkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada QR sebelum dan sesudah Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional.
