Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of trust and commitment on supply chain performance mediated by information sharing at PD SRIMANDI. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample population in this study was taken using non probability sampling with saturated samples, the amount of data obtained was 36 respondents. The variables used are Trust and Commitment as independent variables, Information Sharing variables as moderating variables, and Supply Chain Performance as the dependent variable. The tool used in this research is SmartPLS 4. The results showed that: (1) trust has a positive and insignificant effect on supply chain performance, (2) commitment has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance, (3) trust has a positive and significant effect on information sharing, (4) commitment has a positive and significant effect on information sharing, (5) information sharing has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance, (6) information sharing is able to mediate the relationship between trust and supply chain performance positively and significantly, (7) information sharing is able to mediate the relationship between commitment and supply chain performance positively and significantly.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap kinerja rantai pasok dengan dimediasi oleh berbagi iformasi pada PD SRIMANDI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan non probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh jumlah data yang diperoleh sebanyak 36 responden. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Kepercayaan dan Komitmen sebagai variabel independent, variabel Berbagi Informasi sebagai variabel moderating, dan Kinerja Rantai Pasok sebagai variabel dependen. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, (2) komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, (3) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap berbagi informasi, (4) komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap berbagi informasi, (5) berbagi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, (6) berbagi informasi mampu memediasi hubungan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok secara positif dan signifikan, (7) berbagi informasi mampu memediasi hubungan komitmen terhadap kinerja rantai pasok secara positif dan signifikan. | |||||||||
