Abstract
The problem studied in this research is how PT. Kirana Citrani Maheswari applies persuasive communication in its event organizer service marketing activities in the Business to Government (B2G) sector. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the stages of persuasive communication application using the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) are implemented in event organizer service marketing activities in the Business to Government (B2G) sector. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the company is able to attract the attention and interest of clients through professional communication and a personal approach. Client desire is built through personal selling strategies and the provision of added value, while action is realized through the provision of services in accordance with institutional procedures. Intensive communication and effective negotiation are key to realizing cooperation.

| Additional Information: | Permaslahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan komunikasi persuasif yang dilakukan PT. Kirana Citrani Maheswari dalam aktivitas pemasaran jasa event organizer di sektor Bussines to Government (B2G). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana tahapan penerapan komunikasi persuasif menggunakan model AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) dalam aktivitas pemasaran jasa event organizer di sektor Bussines to Government (B2G). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan mampu menarik perhatian dan minat klien melalui komunikasi profesional dan pendekatan personal. Keinginan klien dibangun lewat strategi personal selling dan pemberian nilai tambah, sementara tindakan diwujudkan melalui pengadaan jasa yang sesuai prosedur instansi. Komunikasi intensif dan negosiasi efektif menjadi kunci dalam merealisasikan kerja sama. | ||||||
