Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Integrity Culture and work environment on employee performance with affective organizational commitment as a mediating variable at PT PLN Indonesia Power Services UBP Suralaya. The background of this study is based on the importance of organizational culture and a conducive work environment in increasing productivity and employees' emotional commitment to the company. The research method used is quantitative with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that Corporate Integrity Culture and work environment have a positive influence on employee performance, both directly and through affective organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This study reinforces previous findings that organizational integrity values and a supportive work environment can foster loyalty, engagement, and optimal performance. The practical implications of these findings emphasize the importance of strengthening integrity culture and improving work environment quality as strategies for human resource development within the company.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Integrity Culture dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi afektif sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT PLN Indonesia Power Services UBP Suralaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas serta komitmen emosional pegawai terhadap perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Integrity Culture dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun melalui komitmen organisasi afektif sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini memperkuat temuan sebelumnya bahwa nilai integritas organisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung mampu mendorong loyalitas, keterlibatan, dan pencapaian kinerja yang optimal. Implikasi praktis dari hasil ini adalah pentingnya penguatan budaya integritas dan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja sebagai strategi dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan. | |||||||||
