Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal implementation of the Employment Service Application Information System (SIAPKERJA) organized by the Department of Manpower of Tangerang Regency. The purpose of this study is to understand the process of implementing the SIAPKERJA service. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing the theory of Richardus Eko Indrajit. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the SIAPKERJA service has not run optimally. This is due to several issues, including the lack of communication, information, and education regarding the SIAPKERJA service; the limited role of service operators; and insufficient supporting infrastructure. The recommendations of this study are for the Department of Manpower of Tangerang Regency to conduct direct socialization efforts once again, improve the responsiveness of service operators, and enhance and strengthen the infrastructure of the SIAPKERJA service.
