Abstract
This study aims to analyze the relationship between classroom management and teacher work culture with pedagogical competence. This research is quantitative with a correlational approach. Researchers transformed ordinal data into intervals with the interval successive method. The analysis technique used in this research is correlational technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between classroom management (X1) and the pedagogical competence of teachers (Y) of Islamic high schools in Cikande District with a value of rcount> rtable (0.683> 0.256) and sig value < α (0.000 < 0.05). There is a relationship between teacher work culture (X2) and teacher pedagogical competence (Y) of Islamic high schools in Cikande Subdistrict with rcount> rtable (0.774 > 0.256) and sig value < α (0.000 < 0.05). There is a relationship between classroom management (X1) and teacher work culture (X2) with teacher pedagogical competence (Y) of Islamic high schools in Cikande Subdistrict with rcount> rtable (0.793 > 0.256) and sig value < α (0.000 < 0.05).

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan manajemen kelas dan budaya kerja guru dengan kompetensi pedagogik. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Peneliti mentransformasikan data ordinal menjadi interval dengan metode suksesif interval. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara manajemen kelas (X1) dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru (Y) SMA Islam di Kecamatan Cikande dengan nilai rhitung > rtabel (0,683 > 0,256) dan nilai sig < α (0,000 < 0,05). Terdapat hubungan antara budaya kerja guru (X2) dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru (Y) SMA Islam di Kecamatan Cikande dengan nilai rhitung > rtabel (0,774 > 0,256) dan nilai sig < α (0,000 < 0,05).
