Abstract
The focus of the study is the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Efforts to Improve the Welfare of Poor Families in Curug District, Serang City. The problems in this study are that not all poor people in Curug District are registered as Beneficiary Families (KPM), the disbursement of PKH funds has not been in accordance with the set schedule, the lack of awareness for KPM regarding the objectives and functions of PKH funds, namely as education, health, and social welfare, the lack of socialization from PKH assistants regarding the use of PKH funds. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Improving the Welfare of Poor Families in Curug District, Serang City. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique and a sample size of 80 respondents. The results of the hypothesis test, the tcount value is known > ttable (18,140 > 1,664), meaning that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Efforts to Improve the Welfare of Poor Families in Curug District, Serang City is declared effective because it reaches 70%. The percentage value of the effectiveness of the PKH program is 72.86%. The suggestions in this study are that PKH assistants are expected to carry out their duties and functions well, to Beneficiary Families (KPM) always follow the activities organized by PKH assistants, and for the government it is expected to pay more attention to the less fortunate, especially in terms of health, education and social welfare.

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah belum semua masyarakat miskin di Kecamatan Curug terdaftar sebagai Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM), pencairan dana PKH yang belum sesuai dengan jadwal yang di tetapkan, kurangnya kesadaran bagi KPM terkait dengan tujuan dan fungsi dari dana PKH yaitu sebagai pendidikan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan sosial, kurangnya sosialisasi dari pendamping PKH terkait penggunaan dana PKH. Tujuan di lakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Miskin Di Kecamatan Curug Kota Serang. Metode yang di gunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Proportional Random Sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis, diketahui nilai thitung> ttabel (18.140 > 1.664), artinya Ha di terima dan H0 di tolak. Artinya Efektivitas Program Keluarga Harapan PKH) Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Miskin Di Kecamatan Curug Kota Serang di nyatakan efektif karena mencapai 70%. Besaran nilai presentase efektivitas program PKH yaitu 72.86%. Saran dalam penelitia ini yaitu pendamping PKH diharapkan menjalankan tugas dan fungsi dengan baik , kepada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) selalu mengikuti kegiatan yang di selenggarakan oleh pendamping PKH, dan bagi pemerintah diharapkan leih memperhatikan masyarakat yang kurang mampu terutama dalam hal kesehatan, pendidikan dan kesejahteraan sosial. | |||||||||
