Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job training, and extrinsic motivation on employee performance. In this study, Transformational Leadership, Job Training and Extrinsic Motivation as independent variables and Employee Performance as dependent variable. This study uses a quantitive method with a sample of 93 respondents. In this research the analyctical method was used for analysis descriptive, measurement model analysis method, structural model analysis method. Anad partial test (t-statistic) The result of this research are that the better the transformational leadership, the employee's performance will increase, the higher the job training, the employee's performance will increase and the better the extrinsic motivation, the employee's performance will increase. Based on the result of the research, PT. Samudra Marine Indonesia should be able to improve employee performance by applying good transformational leadership, providing good employee job training, and providing extrinsic motivation to employees.

Additional Information: Tujuan Penelitian Ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Pelatihan Kerja dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik sebagai variabel independen serta Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 93 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistic deskriptif, metode analisis model pengukuran, metode analisis model structural dan uji parsial (uji t) Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan transformasional maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat, semakin tinggi pelatihan kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat dan semakin baik motivasi ekstrinsik maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, PT. Samudra Marine Indonesia hendaknya dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional yang baik, memberikan pelatihan kerja karyawan dengan baik, serta memberikan motivasi ekstrinsik kepada karyawan.
