Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Internal Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Career Development (X3) on Employee Performance at Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pandeglang. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study consisted of 66 employees, with a sample size of 66 respondents. The data collection method used in this research was through questionnaires, and the data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Squares (Smart-PLS) 3.3.2 student version software. The research results obtained are: First, Internal Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The t-statistic value is 4.929 > 1.986 with an effect size of 0.502 and P-Value of 0.000 < 0.05. Second, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The t-statistic value is 3.732 > 1.986 with an effect size of 0.445 and P-Value of 0.000 < 0.05. Third, Career Development has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. The t-statistic value is 0.720 < 1.986 with an effect size of 0.053 and P-Value of 0.472 < 0.05.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivas Internal (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Pengembangan Karir (X3) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pandeglang. Ketiga, Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai . Nilai t-statistik sebesar 0,720 < 1,986 dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 0,053 dan P-Value sebesar 0,472 < 0,05.
