Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of green finance and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Disclosure on company value. This study uses legitimacy theory to explain the problem. The population in this study was conducted on companies in the energy, basic materials, industrials and consumer non-cyclicals sectors listed on the IDX in 2019-2023. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 42 companies. The data analysis technique for this study used time-series cross sectional pooled ordinary least squares regressions with standards error clustered by year and sector code, with STATA v14.2 software. The results of the study indicate that green finance has a positive effect on company value, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Disclosure has a positive effect on company value in companies in the energy, basic materials, industrials, and consumer non-cyclicals sectors listed on the IDX in 2019-2023.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green finance dan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Disclosure terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori legitimasi dalam menjelaskan permasalahan tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor energy, basic materials, industrials dan consumer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2023. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 42 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan time-series cross sectional pooled ordinary least squares regressions with standards error clustered by tahun dan kode sektor, dengan software STATA v14.2. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green finance berpengaruh positif terhadap niali perusahaan, dan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Disclosure berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energy, basic materials, industrials, dan consumer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019-2023. | |||||||||
