Abstract
This research aims to determine the level of disability responsiveness in public land transportation facilities at the Merak Integrated Terminal. The theory using gender responsive infrastructure theory according to Widiani Purnomosari (2012) includes infrastructure for all, equal infrastructure, safe infrastructure, comfortable infrastructure, and environmentally friendly infrastructure. The research method uses quantitative methods. The research design uses a descriptive design. The research population was people with disabilities who use wheelchairs, the visually impaired and elderly parents who use public land transportation facilities at the Merak Integrated Terminal for the period March to April 2024. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using a one sample t-test using the SPSS Version 23 program. The research results showed that the level of disability responsiveness in public facilities at the Merak Integrated Terminal in the period March to April 2024 was declared unresponsive. This is based on the hypothesis testing criteria, where it is known that the value -tcount < ttable (-3.221 < 1.660), then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The disability responsive percentage assessment was 48.44%. Research suggestions include that the Merak Integrated Terminal management can provide special parking for people with disabilities, guide texture tiles (guiding blocks) in the drop zone, provide ramp access or ramp stairs, provide special toilets for the disabled, blind and elderly and other suggestions.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat responsif disabilitas pada fasilitas umum transportasi darat di Terminal Terpadu Merak. Teori menggunakan teori infrastruktur responsif gender menurut Widiani Purnomosari (2012) meliputi infrastruktur untuk semua, infrastruktur kesetaraaan, infrastruktur yang aman, infrastruktur yang nyaman, dan infrastuktur yang ramah lingkungan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah penyandang disabilitas pengguna kursi roda, tunanetra dan orang tua lanjut usia selaku pengguna jasa fasilitas umum transportasi darat di Terminal Terpadu Merak Periode Maret s.d April tahun 2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji one sample t-test dengan program SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian diketahui tingkat responsif disabilitas pada fasilitas umum di Terminal Terpadu Merak pada periode bulan Maret s.d bulan April tahun 2024 dinyatakan tidak responsif. Hal ini didasarkan dari kriteria pengujian hipotesis, dimana diketahui nilai -thitung < ttabel (-3,221 < 1,660), maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Adapun penilaian persentase responsif disabilitas sebesar 48,44%. Saran penelitian diantaranya pihak pengelola Terminal Terpadu Merak dapat menyediakan parkir khusus penyandang disabilitas, ubin tekstur pemandu (guiding block) di drop zone, menyediakan akses jalan landai atau tangga landai, menyediakan toilet khusus bagi difabel, tunanetra dan tunarungu serta saran lain sebagainya. | ||||||
