Abstract
This research aims to explore how the National Commission for Child Protection (Komnas Perlindungan Anak) of Serang Regency provides assistance in fulfilling the rights of child victims of sexual violence. The background of this study is based on the increasing number of sexual violence cases against children in Serang Regency each year, which reflects a lack of public awareness and the suboptimal implementation of child protection as mandated by Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving informants from Komnas Perlindungan Anak, victims, and other relevant parties. The findings indicate that Komnas Perlindungan Anak of Serang Regency provides comprehensive assistance including legal, medical, psychological, psychosocial, and educational support. The institution also collaborates with various stakeholders such as law enforcement, hospitals, and the social services department. The forms of sexual violence experienced by victims vary, including molestation, rape, sodomy, and digital exploitation. The primary goal of this assistance is to help restore the physical and psychological condition of the children and to ensure their rights are fulfilled. This research highlights the importance of multisectoral collaboration and public education in strengthening the child protection system.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh Komisi Nasional (Komnas) Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Serang dalam upaya pemenuhan hak-hak anak korban kekerasan seksual. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh meningkatnya jumlah kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di Kabupaten Serang setiap tahunnya, yang menunjukkan masih lemahnya kesadaran masyarakat dan belum optimalnya perlindungan terhadap anak sesuai dengan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap informan yang berasal dari Komnas Perlindungan Anak, korban, serta pihak terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komnas Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Serang menjalankan fungsi pendampingan secara menyeluruh melalui pendampingan hukum, pendampingan medis, psikologi, psikososial dan pendidikan, serta kerja sama lintas lembaga seperti kepolisian, rumah sakit, dan dinas sosial. Bentuk kekerasan seksual yang dialami korban beragam, meliputi pencabulan, pemerkosaan, sodomi, hingga eksploitasi digital. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memulihkan kondisi fisik dan psikologis anak serta memastikan hak-hak mereka terpenuhi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi multisektor dan edukasi masyarakat dalam memperkuat sistem perlindungan anak. | |||||||||
