Abstract

ABSTRACT ANALITY OF FIXED ASSET MAINTENANCE COST ON PT INDONESIA POWER UBOH PLTU BANTEN 2 LABUAN The purpose of this report is to know the allocation of fixed asset maintenance cost on PT Indonesia Power UBOH PLTU Banten 2 Labuan. This write method was used descriptive method. This writing method was used primary data and secondary data that obtained from PT Indonesia Power UBOH PLTU Banten 2 Labuan. Source data was gained from field research and library research. The method of data collection was through interviews and documentation. From the research result in the field, fixed asset maintenance allocation was classified into 2 (two) fixed asset maintenance cost they are tactical maintenance and non tactical maintenance. Tactical maintenance was classified as emergency maintenance and corrective maintenance. Then non tactical maintenance was classified as: preventive maintenance, proactive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and run to failure. On the fixed asset maintenance activity above, maintenance cost was allocated for fixed asset that was: material maintenance cost and service maintenance cost. The efectivity from fixed asset maintenance was already gained, this is showed by the company was reached that optimization which the goals from maintenance activity was reached, that signed by the unit pledge in company operational activity.
