Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment (X1), work discipline (X2) and interpersonal communication (X3) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Putri Penti Sejahtera. The research method used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 56 employees at PT. Putri Penti Sejahtera. The sample of this study used the entire research population using saturated or census sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 student version analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that (1) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik (X1), disiplin kerja (X2) dan komunikasi interpersonal (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) di PT. Putri Penti Sejahtera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan desktiptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 orang karyawan di PT. Putri Penti Sejahtera. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. | ||||||||||||
