Abstract
Stunting is a major challenge in the development of human resources, as it affects long-term health quality and productivity. The Government of Indonesia, through the 2023 State Budget (APBN), has allocated Rp30.4 trillion to support the accelerated stunting reduction program. This study aims to analyze the economic impact of the budget allocation on the Indonesian economy in 2024 by using the Input-Output (I-O) Table of Indonesia, Domestic Transactions Based on 185 Product Prices, 2020 (in million rupiah). The analysis focuses on three main indicators: changes in output (ΔX), labor compensation (ΔW), and business surplus (ΔS). The results of this study indicate that the allocation of the stunting reduction acceleration budget to government health serviceshas generated a positive impact on the changes in output, labor compensation, and business surplus across several key sectors. These sectors include Pharmaceutical Products, Government Health Services, Private Health and Social Services, Government Education Services, and Private Education Services.
