Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of Compensation (X1), Motivation (X2), and Leadership Style (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Adhi Chandra Jaya. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all employees from the Bor, CNC, and Turret divisions at PT. Adhi Chandra Jaya, totaling 93 individuals, with a census sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS version 3.3.2 software. The results show that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a path coefficient of 0.279, t-statistic of 3.375, and p-value of 0.001; (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a path coefficient of 0.279, tstatistic of 2.704, and p-value of 0.007; (3) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a path coefficient of 0.390, tstatistic of 4.791, and p-value of 0.000; (4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Motivation, with a path coefficient of 0.485, t-statistic of 4.647, and p-value of 0.000; and (5) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Motivation, with a path coefficient of 0.433, t-statistic of 3.945, and p-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that compensation, motivation, and leadership style are key factors in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, the company is advised to continuously improve its compensation system, foster employee motivation, and implement effective leadership styles to optimize employee performance.
