Abstract
DANA (Indonesian Digital Wallet) is one of the most popular e-wallets in Indonesia. Based on preliminary surveys and user reviews, a fairly high level of dissatisfaction was found among DANA users, especially among students of the Faculty of Engineering, Untirta. To increase user satisfaction, there is a supporting model, one of which is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). So this study aims to determine how much influence each dimension of EUCS has on the satisfaction of end users of DANA e-wallet among students of the Faculty of Engineering, Untirta. The method used is SEM-PLS with five exogenous variables, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness, and one endogenous variable, namely end user satisfaction. The results show that Content has a positive and significant effect on end-user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.207 P-Value 0.000, Accuracy has a positive and significant effect on end-user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.214 P-Value 0.000, Format has a positive and significant effect on end user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.174 P-Value 0.000, Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on end-user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.329 P-Value 0.000, and Timeliness has a positive and significant effect on end-user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.108 P-Value 0.010.

| Additional Information: | DANA (Dompet Digital Indonesia) merupakan salah satu e-wallet yang paling populer di Indonesia. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan dan ulasan pengguna, ditemukan tingkat ketidakpuasan yang cukup tinggi dari pengguna DANA, khususnya pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Untirta. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna tersebut terdapat model pendukung salah satunya End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh masing-masing dimensi dari EUCS terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir e-wallet DANA pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Untirta. Metode yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS dengan lima variabel eksogen yaitu Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, dan Timeliness, serta satu variabel endogen yaitu kepuasan pengguna akhir.
