Abstract
School quality is a primary aspect that must be carefully considered, as it represents the highest level aligned with educational quality standards, producing effective and efficient outputs and outcomes for the institution. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach was chosen by the researcher to assess the school's balance potential through four key perspectives: customer perspective, internal process perspective, learning and growth perspective, and financial perspective. These perspectives are integrated with the eight National Education Standards. This study aims to analyze the input, process, and outputoutcome of school quality based on the Balanced Scorecard framework at SMPIT AlMuqorrobin. This research employs a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations, open interviews, structured questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was supported by the Nvivo 14 software application. He research findings are as follows: 1) Input: From the customer perspective, it was found that the number of students at SMPIT Al-Muqorrobin has declined over the past three years. 2) Process: From the internal process, learning and growth, and financial perspectives, it was found that teachers have not yet optimized their lesson planning (RPP) and syllabus development. There is minimal use of technology in the learning process, a lack of teacher awareness regarding classroom innovation, and limitations in infrastructure and facilities. Financial management is still primarily focused on routine expenditures (teacher salaries and monthly operational costs), while funding allocation for facilities and infrastructure remains suboptimal. 3) Output and Outcome: In 2022, 10 students graduated, with 9 (90%) admitted to public high schools and 1 (10%) to a private high school. In 2023, 5 students graduated, all of whom (100%) were accepted into public high schools. In 2024, 7 students graduated, with 5 (71.4%) entering public high schools and 2 (28.5%) entering private high schools. Each year, graduates achieved an average academic score of 80.00. Recommendations from this study are: 1) The current process strategies at SMPIT AlMuqorrobin are well implemented; however, a dedicated management team should be formed and formally appointed through a foundation decree to enhance the quality of service delivery. 2) A professional team should be appointed to focus on increasing student enrollment. 3) School funding allocation should be planned in a written and systematic manner to ensure that budgeting aligns effectively and efficiently with actual needs. 4) Sustaining graduate competency is crucial as it sets a benchmark for future student cohorts.

| Additional Information: | Mutu sekolah menjadi hal yang paling utama untuk diperhatikan karena mutu sekolah merupakan derajat tertinggi yang disesuaikan dengan standar mutu pendidikan yang menghasilkan output dan outcome secara efektif dan efesien bagi sekolah. Balanced scorecard menjadi pilihan pendekatan peneliti dalam mengukur potensi keseimbangan yang di miliki sekolah melalui empat perspektif utama yaitu perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, dan perspektif keuangan yang akan disinergikan dengan delapan standar Nasional pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan dan dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis input, proses, dan output outcome mutu sekolah berbasis balanced scorecard di SMPIT Al-Muqorrobin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data penelitian ini diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara terbuka, kuesioner terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Dan analisis penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan sofware aplikasi Nvivo 14. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) input. Perspektif pelanggan dalam balanced scorecard ditemukan hasil bahwa siswa di SMPIT Al-Muqorrobin dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan. 2) proses. Perspektif proses internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, dan perspektif keuangan dalam balanced scorecard didapatkan hasil bahwa Guru di SMPIT Al-Muqorrobin belum optimal dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dan silabus, Minim nya penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, Kurang nya kesadaran guru dalam melakukan inovasi pembelajaran di kelas, Keterbatasan sarana prasarana. Dan dalam pengelolaan keuangan masih terfokus untuk pengeluaran rutin (gaji guru,operasional rutin bulanan lainnya sedangkan pengalokasian dana yang belum optimal dalam pemenuhan sarana prasarana. 3) output dan outcome. didapatkan bahwa lulusan SMPIT Al-Muqorrobin pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 10 orang dan yang di terima di SMA negeri sebanyak 9 orang ( 90 %) sedangkan SMA swasta 1 orang (10 %) , kemudian lulusan tahun 2023 sebanyak 5 orang dan semua nya (100%) di terima di SMA Negeri, lulusan tahun 2024 sebanyak 7 orang dan diterima di SMA negeri sebanyak 5 orang (71,4 %) sedangkan SMA swasta sebanyak2 orang (28.5 %). Dan tiap tahun meluluskan dengan rata-rata nilai akademik 80,00. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Strategi proses yang sudah di lakukan di SMPIT Al Muqoorobin sudah baik tinggal bagaimana membentuk team kerja pengelolaan manajemen dan di atur melalui SK Yayasan sehingga kualitas mutu layanan meningkat 2) Team yang bekerja untuk peningkatan kuantitas jumlah siswa di tunjuk secara profesional sehingga fokus dalam peraihan jumlah siswa. 3) Pengalokasian pendanaan atau pembiayaan sekolah agar efektif dan efisien di rencanakan secara tertulis dan sistematis sehingga kebutuhan dan pemenuhan pengangaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan. 4) Penjagaan terhadap kompetensi kelulusan menjadi penting karena sebagai contoh bagi angkatan selanjutnya. | |||||||||
