Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. In this study, the job satisfaction variable is the independent variable and organizational citizenship behavior is the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. (4) Organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel independen dan oranizational citizenship behavior merupakan variabel dependen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. (3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB.(4) Komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan OCB.
