Abstract
This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of halal certification affects the improvement of the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Serang City. The number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Serang City is not comparable to the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that have halal certificates. The lack of government socialization of the halal certificate program is an obstacle for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This study uses the main theory of the effectiveness of halal certificates from Soerjonoe Soekantoe and the main theory of improving the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors from Shandra. This study also uses a quantitative method by measuring the relationship between variables with analysis using Simple Linear Regression assisted by the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the effectiveness of halal certificates on improving the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Serang City. The results of the calculation of the Fcount value are 52.663 ˃ 3.09 Ftable, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between the variable Effectiveness of Halal Certificates (X1) simultaneously on the variable Increasing the Economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Y).

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh efetivitas sertifikat halal terhadap peningkatan perekonomian UMKM di Kota Serang. Jumlah UMKM yang ada di Kota Serang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah UMKM yang memiliki sertifikat halal. Kurangnya sosialisasi pemerintah terhadap program pembuatan sertifikat halal yang bagi UMKM mejadi kendala. Penelitian ini menggunaka teori utama efektivitas sertifikat halal dari Soerjonoe Soekantoe dan teori utama peningkatan perekonomian pelaku UMKM dari Shandra. Dalam penelitian ini pula digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengukur hubungan antar variabel dengan analisa menggunakan Regresi Linear Sederhana dibantu dengan Program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara efektivitas sertifikat halal terhadap peningkatan perekonomian pelaku UMKM di Kota Serang. Hasil perhitungaan nilai Fhitung 52,663 ˃ 3,09 Ftabel, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Efektivitas Sertifikat Halal (X1) secara simultan terhadap variabel Peningkatan Perekonomian UMKM (Y). | ||||||
