Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of trust on supply chain performance mediated by innovation (a study on the retread tire manufacturing industry in Greater Tangerang). The research employs a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of all retread tire manufacturers in Greater Tangerang. The sample in this study includes 42 retread tire manufacturers in Greater Tangerang, selected using a saturation sampling method where the entire population is considered as the sample. The data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire and further processed using the SmartPLS 4 tool. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Trust has a positive but not significant effect on supply chain performance. (2) Trust has a positive and significant effect on innovation. (3) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance. (4) Innovation positively and significantly mediates the relationship between trust and supply chain performance.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok dimediasi oleh inovasi (studi pada industri produsen vulkanisir ban di Tangerang Raya ). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh produsen vulkanisir ban di Tangerang Raya. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 42 produsen vulkanisir ban di Tangerang Raya. Pengambilan sampel diambil dengan cara sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi bisa dijadikan sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan selanjutnya diolah menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ; (1) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, (2) kepercayaan berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi, (3) inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, (4) Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan antara kepercayaan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. | |||||||||
