Abstract
This Study Focuses On The Effectiveness Of Job Seeker Services Through The Tangerang Cakap Kerja Application In Tangerang City In 2024. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of the tangerang cakap kerja application in Tangerang City to provide job seeker services in 2024. The theory used in this study is the theory of DeLone and McLean (2003) which consists of 6 indicators, system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method. The population of this study was the people of Tangerang City who used the Tangerang Cakap Kerja Application. The number of samples in this study was 358 respondents. Data analysis was carried out by statistical testing using the SPSS version 30 program. The results of this study showed that the effectiveness of job seeker services through the Tangerang Cakap Kerja application in Tangerang City in 2024 received a value of more than 65%, namely 72,69%, which means it is included in the effective category. The suggestion in this study is that it is necessary to optimize comprehensive socialization regarding the benefits of the Tangerang Cakap Kerja application, it is hoped that there will be communication media such as live chat for the public to be able to convey complaints while using the application, it is necessary to improve the delivery of information periodically through social media.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini berfokus pada Efektivitas Layanan Pencari Kerja Melalui Aplikasi Tangerang Cakap Kerja di Kota Tangerang pada tahun 2024. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa bersar tingkat efektivitas aplikasi tangerang cakap kerja di Kota Tangerang untuk memberikan layanan pencari kerja pada tahun 2024. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori DeLone dan McLean (2003) yang terdiri dari 6 indikator yaitu, kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat-manfaat bersih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Tangerang yang menggunakan Aplikasi Tangerang Cakap Kerja. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 358 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengujian statistik menggunakan program SPSS versi 30. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa efektivitas layanan pencari kerja melalui aplikasi tangerang cakap kerja di Kota Tangerang Tahun 2024 mendapatkan nilai lebih dari 65% yaitu 72,69% yang berarti masuk dalam kategori efektif. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu perlu dioptimalkan sosialisasi secara menyeluruh mengenai manfaat adanya aplikasi tangerang cakap kerja, diharapkan tersedianya media komunikasi seperti live chat untuk masyarakat bisa menyampaikan keluhan ketika sedang menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, perlu ditingkatkan kembali penyampaian informasi secara berkala melalui media sosial. | ||||||
