Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity on firm value, with profitability as an intervening variable and managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2014–2023. A quantitative approach was used, and the sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Out of a total of 48 companies in the population, 7 companies were selected as samples based on specific criteria. The analytical tool used was Eviews version 12.

Studi ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2014–2023.
