Abstract

This final report entitled “implementation of an electronic-based motor vehicle taxpayment system as a manifestation of tax administration program reform ” hisreport aims to determine the mechanism for paying motor vehicle tax through thePandeglang City Sambat apllication and to find out what obstacles occur when paying motor vehicle tax through the Pandeglang City Sambat application. The method used in writing this report is Observational Data, Interview Data,Bibliographical Data, and uses a qualitative descriptive method. From the writingthat has been done, it can be concluded that motor vehicle tax payments do not need to go to the Samsat office but can be through the online Sambat application.

Additional Information: Laporan akhir ini berjudul “implementasi sistem pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor berbasis elektronik sebagai wujud reformasi program administrasi perpajakan” laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor melalui aplikasi Sambat Kota Pandeglang dan mengetahui kendala apa saja yang terjadi saat melakukan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor melalui aplikasi Sambat Kota Pandeglang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan laporan ini adalah Data Observasi, Data Wawancara, Data Bibliografi, dan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penulisan yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor tidak perlu ke kantor Samsatmelainkan dapat melalui aplikasi Sambat online.
