Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the Webtoon 'Dedes' on the enhancement of historical literacy within the Historical Manhwa community. The theory employed is the Uses and Gratification Theory, which explains how readers utilize digital comics to meet their informational and entertainment needs. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Purposive Sampling technique was applied to select 83 respondents from community Histocial Manhwa. The results indicate that the Webtoon 'Dedes' has a positive and significant impact on the improvement of historical literacy. Simple linear regression analysis yields a regression coefficient of 0.803, indicating that the use of this comic significantly contributes to the readers' understanding of history. The coefficient of determination test results in an R Square of 0.600, meaning that the Webtoon 'Dedes' accounts for 60% of the variance in historical literacy enhancement, while the remaining 40% is influenced by other factors.

Analisis regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan nilai koefisien regresi 0,803 yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan komik ini berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pemahaman sejarah pembaca.
