Abstract
Tangerang City is one of the regions with a high population of beef cattle, which presents significant potential for the development of food industries based on beef processing. One of the most popular and economically valuable processed products is meatballs. Bakso Kusno is a business that utilizes this potential by producing beef meatballs. However, the business faces several challenges, including intense market competition, fluctuating prices of beef as raw material, and issues in financial and marketing management. Furthermore, the business must anticipate long-term risks such as increasing production input costs, declining output, and falling selling prices. This research aims to analyze the income and efficiency of Bakso Kusno's business operations. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The analysis includes calculations of fixed and variable costs, revenues, profits, and efficiency using Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), and Break Even Point (BEP) methods. The results show that Bakso Kusno generates a total monthly revenue of Rp 1.628.125.000, with total costs amounting to Rp 781.078.250, resulting in a net income of Rp 847.046.750. The R/C ratio of 2.08 indicates that for every Rp 1 spent, the business earns Rp 2.08 in return, reflecting operational efficiency. The B/C ratio of 1.08 confirms that the business is profitable and feasible. BEP for 1000gram packaging was achieved at 4.431 packages per month (equivalent to Rp. 322.180.208), while actual production per month reached 12.500 packages. Thus, Bakso Kusno is a profitable and efficient business with good prospects for future development.

| Additional Information: | Kota Tangerang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan industri pangan berbasis pengolahan daging sapi karena tingginya populasi sapi potong. Bakso Kusno menjadi salah satu usaha yang memanfaatkan potensi tersebut dengan memproduksi bakso sapi. Meski memiliki peluang besar, usaha ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti persaingan pasar yang ketat, fluktuasi harga bahan baku, serta kendala dalam manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan efisiensi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi perhitungan biaya tetap, biaya variabel, penerimaan, keuntungan, dan efisiensi dengan metode (R/C) Ratio, (B/C) Ratio, dan Break Even Point (BEP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bakso Kusno menghasilkan total penerimaan bulanan sebesar Rp 1.628.125.000, dengan total biaya sebesar Rp 781.078.250, sehingga menghasilkan laba bersih sebesar Rp 847.046.750. Rasio R/C sebesar 2,08 > 1 mencerminkan efisiensi operasional. Rasio B/C sebesar 1,08 > 1 menegaskan bahwa usaha ini menguntungkan dan layak. BEP untuk kemasan 1000 gram tercapai sebesar 4.431 kemasan per bulan (setara dengan Rp 322.180.208). Dengan demikian, Bakso Kusno merupakan usaha yang menguntungkan dan efisien dengan prospek yang baik untuk dikembangkan di masa mendatang. | |||||||||
