Abstract
"Contribution of Scout Extracurricular Program in Shaping 21st Century Character in Santri at Daarul Ahsan Islamic Boarding School, Dangdeur Village, Jayanti District, Tangerang Regency". Supervisor I Prof. Sudadio, M.Pd, Supervisor II Drs. Mochamad Ganiadi, MM. This study aims to describe: (1) the steps of the Scout extracurricular program in shaping 21st Century character in students at Daarul Ahsan Islamic Boarding School; (2) the results of the contribution of the Scout extracurricular program to the formation of 21st Century character of students; and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Scout extracurricular program in shaping the 21st Century character of students. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) the Scout extracurricular program is implemented through the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and value assistance that is integrated into the daily life of santri; (2) the contribution of the program includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects that shape the character of critical thinking, collaborative, communicative, creative, independent, and nationalist and religious; and (3) the main supporting factors include the commitment of the coach, the support of the pesantren environment, and the available facilities; while the inhibiting factors are technological limitations, differences in santri backgrounds, and evaluations that have not been systematized.This program makes a significant contribution in shaping the character of students who are ready to face the challenges of the 21st century and deserves to be a model of character education in the pesantren environment.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) langkah-langkah program ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dalam membentuk karakter Abad 21 pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ahsan; (2) hasil kontribusi program ekstrakurikuler Pramuka terhadap pembentukan karakter Abad 21 santri; dan (3) faktor penunjang dan penghambat program ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dalam membentuk karakter Abad 21 santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) program ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dilaksanakan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pendampingan nilai yang menyatu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari santri; (2) kontribusi program mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik yang membentuk karakter berpikir kritis, kolaboratif, komunikatif, kreatif, mandiri, serta nasionalis dan religius; dan (3) faktor penunjang utama meliputi komitmen pembina, dukungan lingkungan pesantren, serta fasilitas yang tersedia; sementara faktor penghambatnya adalah keterbatasan teknologi, perbedaan latar belakang santri, dan evaluasi yang belum sistematis. Program ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk karakter santri yang siap menghadapi tantangan abad 21 dan layak dijadikan model pendidikan karakter di lingkungan pesantren. | |||||||||
