Abstract
Human resources in an organization are an important aspect that determines the effectiveness of a company. One of the things that must be the main concern of a company is the balance between life and work or work life balance which is an important factor for every company in determining a policy, besides the work environment also greatly affects employee job satisfaction. A good work environment can provide a comfortable impression for employees to carry out their work and can reduce employee boredom in working. This type of research uses a survey research method. The research sample was 80 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of Literature Study, Field research such as Observation, Interviews, Documentation, and Questionnaires. In this study, data analysis was applied using structural modeling which is often referred to as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this study, an approach was taken using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that work life balance does not affect job satisfaction, work environment affects job satisfaction, work life balance affects job satisfaction mediated by burnout, work environment affects job satisfaction mediated by burnout and burnout affects job satisfaction.

| Additional Information: | Sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi merupakan aspek penting yang menentukan keefektifan suatu perusahaan. Salah satu hal yang harus menjadi perhatian utama suatu perusahaan adalah keseimbangan antara kehidupan dan pekerjaan atau work life balance yang merupakan faktor penting bagi setiap perusahaan dalam menentukan suatu kebijakan, selain itu lingkungan kerja juga sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat memberikan kesan nyaman bagi para karyawan untuk menjalankan pekerjaannya dan dapat mengurangi rasa jenuh karyawan dalam bekerja. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara Studi Kepustakaan, Penelitian lapangan seperti Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi, dan Kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data yang dipergunakan dengan menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural yang sering disebut dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Work life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, Work life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh burnout, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh burnout dan Burnout berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. | |||||||||
