Abstract
In order to meet the needs of the community in the field of housing financing, Bank BTN offers a housing credit facility known as KPR BTN Subsidized which is a special category of home ownership financing designed for people with limited income who do not have a place to live so as to meet housing needs. BTN developed a more efficient online mortgage application feature by integrating the BTN Properti platform into Bale by BTN. Various features that make it easier for customers to transact banking and finance are available through Bale by BTN, one of which is in online mortgage application, which allows customers to input data and documents needed for mortgage applications without having to come to a branch office.

BTN mengembangkan fitur pengajuan KPR online yang lebih efisien dengan menggabungkan platform BTN Properti ke dalam Bale by BTN. Berbagai fitur yang memudahkan nasabah untuk bertransaksi perbankan dan keuangan tersedia melalui Bale by BTN salah satunya dalam pengajuan KPR online, yang memungkinkan nasabah untuk melakukan input data dan dokumen yang dibutuhkan untuk pengajuan KPR tanpa harus datang ke kantor cabang. | |||||||||
