Abstract
Analysis of the role of agricultural extension workers as facilitators, dynamicators, and educators in the preparation of RDK and RDKK. This study aims to examine the role of agricultural extension workers in the preparation of Definitive Group Needs Plans (RDK and RDKK) and the relationship between the role of extension workers and farmers' abilities in preparing fertilizer RDKK. This study was conducted on agricultural extension workers and members of the Barkah Makmur farmer group located in Cimenteng Jaya Village, Cibadak District, Lebak Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive research through interview techniques, documentation, surveys, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are Likert scale and Spearman rank through SPSS. The results of the study showed that the level of the role of extension workers was 77%, while the correlation results showed that the role of extension workers as educators had a strong relationship with the ability of farmers to compile RDK and RDKK, while the role of extension workers as facilitators and educators only had a weak and sufficient correlation with the ability of farmers to compile RDK and RDKK in the Berkah Makmur farmer group, Cimenteng Jaya Village, Cibadak District, Lebak Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran penyuluh pertanian dalam penyusunan Rencana Definitif Kebutuhan Kelompok (RDK dan RDKK) serta hubungan antara peran penyuluh dengan kemampuan petani dalam menyusun RDKK pupuk. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap penyuluh pertanian dan anggota kelompok tani Barkah Makmur yang berlokasi di Desa Cimenteng Jaya, Kecamatan Cibadak, Kabupaten Lebak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif melalui teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, survei, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah skala Likert dan rank Spearman melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat peran penyuluh sebesar 77%, sedangkan hasil korelasi menunjukkan peran penyuluh sebagai edukator mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dengan kemampuan petani dalam menyusun RDK dan RDKK, sedangkan peran penyuluh sebagai fasilitator dan edukator hanya mempunyai korelasi yang lemah dan cukup terhadap kemampuan petani dalam menyusun RDK dan RDKK di kelompok tani Berkah Makmur Desa Cimenteng Jaya, Kecamatan Cibadak, Kabupaten Lebak. | |||||||||
