Abstract

Women are still considered biased towards t heir figure. In social circles, women ask questions. The role and contribution of women in sports still costs a lot of money. Efforts continue to be made to create empowered women. Just like Muslim women, they also deserve to be equal. PPB Banten's values themslves reflect a set of construction values, including covering one's private parts, being strong and calm, loyal, and independent. Alignment also often occurs. PBB is a Banten climbing community in the city of Serang, located in Drangong, Kec. Notch. The research conducted at PPB Banten aims to determine the processes of Externalization, Objectivation and Internalization. This writing uses a qualitative approach method with a descriptive model. The research results show that there are values constructed by women through the PPB Banten community.

Perempuan masih dianggap sosok bias. Dilingkungan sosial perempuan dipertanyakan perannya. Peran dan kontribusi perempuan dibidang olahraga masih dikhawatirkan. Upaya terus dilakukan untuk menciptakan perempuan yang berdaya. Sama seperti perempuan muslimah juga patut disetarakan. Nilai PPB Banten sendiri mencerminkan sebuah nilai konstruksi diantaranya menutup aurat, kuat dan tenang, loyalitas, mandiri. Adanya kesenjangan juga kerap terjadi. PBB adalah komunitas panahan berkuda Banten yang ada di kota Serang berlokasi di Drangong, Kec. Taktakan. Penelitian dilakukan di PPB Banten tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui proses Eksternalisasi, Objektivasi, dan Internalisasi. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan model Deskriptif . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai yang dikonstruksikan perempuan lewat komunitas PPB Banten.
