Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of exploring and examining the essence of the company's ability to stabilize the bank's health level as seen from the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) by considering the determinants of the capital adequacy ratio in the form of size and liquidity, which in this case are studied in more depth using financing risk as a moderating variable and operational efficiency as a control variable in Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2021-2023 period. This study uses secondary data from financial reports published by each Islamic Commercial Bank with a sample in the study of 12 Islamic Commercial Banks with a sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The data analysis technique used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) panel data test using StataMP 18 software. The results of this study indicate that Size, Liquidity (FDR), Financing Risk have a significant negative effect on Bank Health (CAR), BOPO has a positive significant effect on Bank Health (CAR), Financing Risk strengthens the negative relationship between Size and CAR with Financing Risk as a Quasi Moderator, while the interaction between Financing Risk and Liquidity (FDR) has a positive effect on CAR but is not significant with Financing Risk as a Predictor Moderator.
