Abstract
Bukit Curahem Shorea Forest Nature Tourism is a tourist attraction that has an ecotourism or ecotourism concept, namely environmentally friendly tourism activities that prioritize aspects of nature conservation, socio-economic and cultural empowerment of local communities and education. The purpose of this study is to identify internal and external factors that influence and formulate alternative strategies that can be applied to Bukit Curahem Shorea Forest Nature Tourism. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The analysis used in this studyis internal and external factors, matrix, EFE matrix, IFE matrix, and SWOT matrix. Based on the SWOT matrix,there are sixalternative strategies that can be applied to Bukit Curahem Shorea Forest nature tourism, namely twoS-Ostrategies,twoW-Ostrategies,one S-T strategy,andtwoW-T strategies. The results of the IE matrix show that Bukit Curahem Shorea Forest nature tourism is in the V area quadrant (hold and maintain) with market penetration and product development strategy efforts.

Additional Information: | Wisata Alam Bukit Curahem Shorea forest adalah sebuah tempat wisata Yang memiliki konsep ekowisata atau ekoturisme, yakni kegiatan wisata berwawasan lingkungan dengan mengutamakan aspek konservasi alam, pemberdayaan sosial ekonomi dan budaya masyarakat lokal serta pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor internal Dan eksternal Yang berpengaruh Dan merumuskan alternatif strategi Yang dapat diterapkan di Wisata Alam Bukit Curahem Shorea Forest. Metode Yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis Yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor internal Dan eksternal, matriks, matriks EFE, Matriks IFE, Dan Matriks SWOT. Berdasarkan matriks SWOT, terdapat enam alternatif strategi Yang dapat diterapkan pada wisata alam bukit curahem shorea forest, yaitu dua strategi S-O, dua strategi W-O, satu strategi S-T, Dan dua strategi W-T. Hasil matriks IE menunjukan wisata alam bukit curahem shorea forest berada pada kuadran area V (hold and maintain) dengan upaya strategi penetrasi pasar Dan pengembangan produk. | |||||||||
