Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Distribution of Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah (ZIS) Funds and Technology Growth on the Unemployment Rate with Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) as an intervening variable during the 2019-2023 period. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach as an analysis method. The data used is secondary data, which is obtained through literature and documentation study techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 33 provinces in Indonesia which were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data processing in this study was carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel software and E-Views 12. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah (ZIS) funds and technological growth has a positive and significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The distribution of Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah (ZIS) funds has a negative but insignificant effect on the unemployment rate. Technology growth has a positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is able to mediate the effect of the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah (ZIS) funds and technological growth on the unemployment rate. The suggestion in this study are that future researchers consider additional variables sunch as Islamic MSME financing, productive waqf, Islamic financial inclusion, investment, minimum wage and education lavel, and use broader and more specific data coverage to produce a more comprehensive analysis.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Penyaluran Dana Zakat, Infaq dan Shadaqah (ZIS) dan Pertumbuhan Teknologi terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran dengan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) sebagai variabel intervening selama periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif sebagai metode analisis. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder, yang diperoleh melalui teknik studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 33 Provinsi di Indonesia yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Proses pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel dan E-Views 12. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran dana Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah (ZIS) dan pertumbuhan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Penyaluran dana Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah (ZIS) berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran. Pertumbuhan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran. Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran. Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) mampu memediasi pengaruh penyaluran dana Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah (ZIS) dan pertumbuhan teknologi terhadap tingkat pengangguran. Adapun saran dalam penelitian ini adalah agar peneliti selanjutnya mempertimbangkan variabel tambahan seperti pembiayaan UMKM syariah, wakaf produktif, iklusi keuangan syariah, investasi, upah minimum dan tingkat pendidikan, serta menggunakan cakupan data yang lebih luas dan spesifik untuk menghasilkan analisis yang lebih komprehensif. | |||||||||
