Abstract
UMKM Delvi Lestari is one of the UMKM engaged in the Fashion industry that produces clothing needs. In supply chain activities starting from raw material procurement, production activities, packaging, shipping, and product distribution to consumers, it turns out that there are still several risks that can hinder supply chain activities. To reduce and overcome various risks that occur, mitigation needs to be carried out to minimize risk. The purpose of this study is to identify the supply chain risks of UMKM Delvi Lestari, analyze and evaluate the supply chain risks of UMKM Delvi Lestari, and determine the prioritized mitigation actions in UMKM Delvi Lestari. This study uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model to map the company's supply chain activities and the House of Risk (HOR) method to identify, analyze, evaluate, and determine risk mitigation actions. Based on the identification results in this study, 31 risk events were obtained which were caused by 16 risk sources (risk agents), 5 priority risk sources, and 14 proposed risk mitigation actions were obtained, including the lack of raw materials from the main supplier (A1), no SOP in the production process (A10), the price of raw materials has increased (A2), there was a disruption in the journey (A14), & Human Error in the form of defects during production in sewing (A3).
