Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Visual Thinking Strategy in Augmented Reality (ViTSAR) to improve problem-solving skills in Gauss's law material. This study proposes the ViTSAR application, which combines E-modules, LKPD, and interactive media. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a Pretest-Posttest nonequivalent group design. The population used in this study were students of class XII MIPA. While the sample to be used in this study consisted of class XII MIPA 3 as the experimental class and XII MIPA 5 as the control class. This study used a problem-solving ability test instrument in the form of descriptions and a student response questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics T-Test to determine the effect of ViTSAR learning media on the experimental class. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the T-count value was greater than T-count, so there was a difference in the average gain in problem-solving skills between classes using ViTSAR and conventional classes.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh Visual Thingking Strategy in Augmented Reality (ViTSAR) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi hukum gauss. Penelitian ini mengusulkan aplikasi ViTSAR, yang menggabungkan E-modul, LKPD, dan media interaktif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Pretest-Posttest nonequivalent group. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII MIPA disalah satu sekolah kabupaten Serang. Sedangkan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kelas XII MIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XII MIPA 5 sebagai kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah berbentuk uraian dan instrument angket respon peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptip Uji-T untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran ViTSAR terhadap kelas eksperimen. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa nilai Thitung lebih besar dibanding Ttabel maka terdapat perbedaan rata-rata gain kemampuan pemecahan masalah antara kelas yang menggunakan ViTSAR dengan kelas konvensional. | |||||||||
