Abstract
This study aims to provide an understanding of marriage preparation for adolescents through a booklet. This is one of the efforts to fulfill one of the developmental tasks during adolescence, namely “Marriage Preparation and Family Life.” Based on the results of a preliminary study using the Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) distributed to 11th-grade students at SMK Informatika Kota Serang, the aspect of marriage preparation was among the five lowest items with a developmental level of 4.04. This research also serves as an optimization of guidance and counseling services through the booklet medium. The research method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D research model: Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. The booklet developed underwent product feasibility testing by experts. The feasibility results from subject matter and media experts were 88.33% (Highly Feasible), language experts 92.85% (Highly Feasible), and practitioner experts 83.33% (Highly Feasible). Thus, the average score from all evaluations was 88.17% in the “Highly Feasible” category. Additionally, based on limited testing with 10 students, the booklet received a score of 87.70%, which falls under the “Highly Feasible” category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the wedding preparation information booklet is highly feasible for implementation.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait persiapan pernikahan kepada remaja melalui media booklet. Hal ini sebagai salah satu upaya dalam pemenuhan salah satu tugas perkembangan di masa remaja, yakni “Persiapan Pernikahan dan Hidup Berkeluarga”. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan melalui Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) yang disebarkan kepada peserta didik kelas XI di SMK Informatika Kota Serang, aspek persiapan pernikahan termasuk ke dalam lima butir terendah dengan tingkat perkembangan 4,04. Penelitian ini juga sebagai bentuk pengoptimalan dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling melalui media booklet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian 4D, yakni Define, Design, Development, dan Dissemination. Media booklet yang dikembangkan melewati tahap uji kelayakan produk oleh para ahli. Adapun hasil kelayakan dari ahli materi dan media sebesar 88,33% (Sangat Layak), ahli bahasa sebesar 92,85% (Sangat Layak), dan ahli praktisi sebesar 83,33% (Sangat Layak). Sehingga, nilai rata-rata dari seluruh penilaian yaitu 88,17% dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil uji coba terbatas kepada 10 peserta didik, media booklet mendapatkan nilai sebesar 87,70% atau termasuk kategori “Sangat Layak”. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media booklet layanan informasi persiapan pernikahan sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan. | |||||||||
