Abstract

Inclusive education in In donesia aims to ensure equal educational rights for all students, including those with special needs (ABK). However, its implementation still faces challenges, particularly due to approaches that lack contextual relevance. This study seeks to describe an i nclusive education model based on local wisdom at SD Peradaban Cilegon, Banten, as an alternative ap proach relevant to the socio cultural context. Literature indicates that integrating local cultural values can enhance the relevance of learning materials, strengthen students’ cultural identity, and support an inclusive school climate. This research emplo yed a qualitative case study method, utilizing in depth interviews, participant observation, documentation, and thematic analysis assisted by NVivo software The findings reveal that in the planning phase, SD Peradaban developed accommodative lesson plans (RPP) that combine the national curriculum with local content such as Panjang Maulid, Arab Pegon, and traditional games. In the implementation phase, local wisdom based learning was applied through methods such as drama, religious practices, traditional ga mes, and concrete media to aid ABK’s comprehension. Inclusive classroom management involved strategies like seating arrangements, peer support participation , and fostering inclusive social interactions. Evaluation was conducted holistically, encompassing a cademic, social, and emotional aspects, with special report cards for ABK serving as tools for individual monitoring. This study concludes that inclusive ed ucation based on local wisdom at SD Peradaban represents an effective and practical model, vii demonstra demonstrating how local cultural values can be integrated throughout inclusive ting how local cultural values can be integrated throughout inclusive educational processes. Additional Information: Pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia bertujuan memberikan hak pendidikan setara bagi semua siswa, termasuk Anak Ber kebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Namun, implementasi masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama pendekatan yang kur ang kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan model pendidikan inklusif berbasis kearifan lokal di SD Peradaban Cilegon, Banten, sebagai alterna tif pendekatan yang relevan dengan konteks sosial budaya. Kajian pustaka menunjukkan integrasi buday a lokal dapat meningkatkan relevansi materi, memperkuat identitas budaya siswa, dan mendukung iklim inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif s tudi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dokume ntasi, serta analisis tematik berbantuan perangkat lunak NVivo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahap perencanaan, SD Peradaban menyusun Rencana Pelaksana an Pembelajaran (RPP) yang akomodatif, menggabungkan kurikulum nasional dengan muatan lokal seperti Panjang Maulid, Arab Pegon, serta permainan tradisional. Dalam pelaksanaan, pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal diterapkan melalui metode drama, praktik ib adah, permainan tradisional, dan media konkret yang membantu pemahaman ABK. Pengelolaan kelas inklus if dilakukan dengan strategi penataan posisi duduk, partisipasi teman sebaya, serta interaksi sosial yang inklusif.
