Abstract

The work productivity of internship participants at the XYZ Labor Training Institution is influenced by various factors, such as turnover intention, compensation, and work environment. This study aims to analyze the impact of turnover intention, compensation, and work environment on the work productivity of interns at LPK XYZ. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method, operated through SmartPLS 4 program. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with a total of 100 intern respondents in Tangerang City. The analysis results indicate that turnover intention has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a coefficient value of 0.410 (p = 0.003), compensation has a positive and significant effect with a coefficient value of 0.408 (p = 0.000), while the work environment has a weak and insignificant effect on work productivity. While the work environment has a weak and insignificant effect on work productivity with a coefficient of 0.136 (p = 0.148). This study concludes that compensation and turnover intention are important factors in improving the work productivity of internship participants, while the work environment requires further approaches and evaluations. These findings are expected to serve as the basis for formulating more effective human resource management strategies at LPK XYZ. Keywords: Compensation, Work environment, Work productivity, SmartPLS 4, Turnover intention
