Abstract

This study is entitled "Leadership Style of Ustadz in Realizing Social Learning of Students at Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School, Sumur Pecung, Serang District, Serang City". The purpose of this study was to analyze how the leadership style of ustadz influences the social learning process of students. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the leadership style of ustadz at Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School includes four main aspects: guiding, directing, moving, and encouraging. Ustadz acts as a role model who provides direct guidance and positive reinforcement to students. The social learning process occurs through observation and imitation of the behavior of the ustadz, which creates a conducive learning environment. Through a democratic and participatory approach, the ustadz succeeded in building good communication with students, so that they feel appreciated and motivated to practice the values taught. This study is expected to contribute to the development of education in Islamic boarding schools and become a reference for further research in the context of leadership and social learning.

Additional Information: Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan ustadz berpengaruh terhadap proses pembelajaran sosial santri. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan ustadz di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mubarok meliputi empat aspek utama: membimbing, mengarahkan, menggerakan, dan mendorong. Ustadz berperan sebagai teladan yang memberikan bimbingan langsung dan penguatan positif kepada santri. Proses pembelajaran sosial terjadi melalui observasi dan peniruan terhadap perilaku ustadz, yang menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Melalui pendekatan yang demokratis dan partisipatif, ustadz berhasil membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan santri, sehingga mereka merasa dihargai dan termotivasi untuk menjalankan nilai-nilai yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan di pondok pesantren dan menjadi referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam konteks kepemimpinan dan pembelajaran sosial.
