Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study the problems and difficulties associated with the implementation of Qris in Bandung Village as part of the Digital Village program in Pandeglang Regency. This program is expected to increase the efficiency of digital financial transactions and encourage local economic growth through the digitalization of MSMEs, BUMDes, and the tourism sector. However, as shown by the results of the study, the implementation of Qris in Bandung Village still faces several challenges and obstacles. Some of them are limited human resources who master technology, inadequate internet network infrastructure, lack of communication and coordination between institutions, and lack of community socialization. Charles O. Jones' policy implementation theory is used in this study, and qualitative research methods are used. Data were obtained through documentation, interviews, and observations. This study shows that improving human resource capabilities, strengthening digital infrastructure, and creating structured implementation procedures are essential to achieving optimal success in implementing digital villages. In improving the implementation of digital village policies in a sustainable manner, this study provides strategic advice for local governments and stakeholders.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari masalah dan kesulitan yang terkait dengan penerapan Qris di Desa Bandung sebagai bagian dari program Desa Digital di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi keuangan digital dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui digitalisasi UMKM, BUMDes, dan sektor pariwisata. Namun, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil penelitian, penerapan Qris di Desa Bandung masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan dan hambatan. Beberapa di antaranya adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang menguasai teknologi, infrastruktur jaringan internet yang tidak memadai, kurangnya komunikasi dan koordinasi antar lembaga, dan kurangnya sosialisasi masyarakat. Teori implementasi kebijakan Charles O. Jones digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, memperkuat infrastruktur digital, dan menciptakan prosedur pelaksanaan yang terstruktur sangat penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan yang optimal dalam menerapkan desa digital. Dalam memperbaiki pelaksanaan kebijakan desa digital secara berkelanjutan, penelitian ini memberikan saran strategis untuk pemerintah daerah dan pemangku kepentingan. | ||||||
