Abstract
Duplication of Kapuas Bridge 1 is a truss bridge steel built to improve connectivity and parsing traffic jam in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan. This study aims to determine the largest deformation that occurs load test results static as well as evaluate the feasibility of the deformation based on standard loading (SNI 1725:2016) and limits permissible deflection (RSNI T-03-2005). The method used includes load testing static in the field with reading sign measuring use waterpass, and modeling and structural analysis using SAP2000 application. The test load is in the form of truck with total weight 38 tons and the total test load is 80% of burden Then cross. The results of the analysis show the largest deformation value from both field test results and SAP2000 simulation. The value is Then compared to the limit permissible deflection to determine whether the bridge structure is classified as feasible. The largest deformation value load test results static was obtained as 28.02 mm in combination 3 and the smallest deformation value was 3.99 mm in combination 5. Then the largest deformation value The results of the structural analysis obtained were 27 mm in combination 3 and the smallest deformation value was 5.00 mm in combination 4. Based on RSNI T-03-2005 Duplication of Kapuas Bridge 1 has mark limit deformation permit of 75 mm. The results of the comparison of the maximum deformation obtained from the load test static and structural analysis in the category safe and proper. Research give contribution in ensuring security

Additional Information: | Duplikasi Jembatan Kapuas 1 merupakan jembatan rangka baja yang dibangun untuk meningkatkan konektivitas dan mengurai kemacetan di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deformasi terbesar yang terjadi akibat uji beban statis serta mengevaluasi kelayakan deformasi tersebut berdasarkan standar pembebanan (SNI 1725:2016) dan batas lendutan yang diperkenankan (RSNI T-03-2005). Metode yang digunakan meliputi uji beban statis di lapangan dengan pembacaan rambu ukur menggunakan waterpass, serta pemodelan dan analisis struktur menggunakan aplikasi SAP2000. Beban uji berupa truk dengan total berat 38 ton dan total beban uji sebesar 80% dari beban lalu lintas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai deformasi terbesar baik dari hasil uji lapangan maupun simulasi SAP2000. Nilai tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan batas lendutan yang diperkenankan untuk menentukan apakah struktur jembatan tergolong layak. Nilai deformasi terbesar hasil uji beban statis didapatkan sebesar 28.02 mm pada kombinasi 3 dan nilai deformasi terkecilnya 3.99 mm kombinasi 5. Kemudian Nilai deformasi terbesar hasil analisis struktur didapatkan sebesar 27 mm pada kombinasi 3 dan nilai deformasi terkecilnya 5.00 mm kombinasi 4. Berdasarkan RSNI T-03-2005 Duplikasi Jembatan Kapuas 1 memiliki nilai batas ijin deformasi sebesar 75 mm. Hasil perbandingan deformasi maksimal yang didapatkan dari uji beban statis dan analisis struktur dalam kategori aman dan layak. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memastikan keamanan. | |||||||||
