Abstract
This study aims to explore: (1) the pedagogical competence of instructors in improving office administration work skills among trainees at the BLK of the Tangerang District Manpower Office; (2) the outcomes of participants’ skill improvement following the training; and (3) the factors that support or hinder the implementation of office administration training at the BLK. This research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources included the Head of the BLK, two instructors, and ten participants from the office administration training program. The results showed that: (1) the instructors’ pedagogical competence aligns with the competency standards outlined in Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 90 of 2014, which includes five indicators: understanding participant characteristics, creating active learning experiences, mastering the use of technological media, understanding learning strategy theories, and fostering active learning environments—all of which were properly implemented; (2) after completing the training, participants successfully demonstrated five indicators of work-related skills: they were able to perform tasks efficiently, complete assignments on time, work meticulously, show confidence, and exhibit responsibility and commitment; (3) the training was supported by experienced instructors, comprehensive facilities, and relevant materials suited to industry needs. However, challenges such as limited training duration and varying participant abilities remain, requiring more adaptive instructional methods

| Additional Information: | Pada Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kompetensi pedagogik instruktur dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kerja administrasi perkantoran peserta pelatihan di BLK Disnaker Kabupaten Tangerang (2) hasil peningkatan keterampilan kerja administrasi perkantoran pada peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan di BLK Disnaker Kabupaten Tangerang. (3) mengidentifikasi faktorfaktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan pelatihan kerja administrasi perkantoran di BLK Disnaker Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data obsevasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 Kepala BLK, 2 Instruktur BLK, dan 10 peserta pelatihan administrasi perkantoran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) kompetensi pedagogik instruktur sudah selaras dengan standar kompetensi instruktur yang tertuang di permendikbud no 90 tahun 2014 yang terdiri dari 5 indikator, yaitu Memahami karakteristik peserta, Menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, Menguasai penggunaan media teknologi, Menguasai teori strategi pembelajaran, Menciptakan situasi pembelajaran yang aktif , serta sudah dijalankan sebagaimana mestinya (2) Setelah mengikuti pelatihan di BLK Disnaker Kabupaten Tangerang, peserta berhasil mencapai lima indikator keterampilan kerja. Mereka mampu menguasai tugas dengan baik, menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu, bekerja dengan teliti, menunjukkan kepercayaan diri, serta memiliki komitmen dan tanggung jawab dalam bekerja. (3) Pelatihan di BLK Disnaker Kabupaten Tangerang didukung oleh instruktur berpengalaman, fasilitas lengkap, dan materi yang sesuai kebutuhan industri. Namun, pelatihan masih terkendala durasi yang singkat dan perbedaan kemampuan peserta, sehingga dibutuhkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif. | |||||||||
