Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning Walijamaliha dance on the motor skills of children aged 5-6 years. This study was conducted at the Bina Seni Tari Raksa Budaya Studio in Serang City, Banten. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an ex-post facto approach. The subjects in this study were children aged 5-6 years, trainers and the head of the Studio at the Raksa Budaya Studio in Serang City. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, and Pearson product moment correlation test. The results of data analysis using the product moment correlation test on variable X against variable Y1 produced a value of 0.675, which was then compared with a sig level of 5% for N = 30 and df = N-2 = 28, producing a value of 2.048 and it can be seen that 4.841 is more than 2.048, and in the calculation of the Product Moment correlation coefficient on variable X against variable Y2, the value of 0.943 was obtained, which was then compared with a sig level of 5% for N = 30 and df = N-2 = 28, the number 2.048 was obtained, and it was seen that 14.993 was more than 2.048. So, learning the walijamaliha dance has a positive impact on the gross motor skills and fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran tari Walijamaliha terhadap keterampilan motorik anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Sanggar Bina Seni Tari Raksa Budaya Kota Serang- Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex- post facto. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak-anak usia 5-6 tahun, Pelatih serta ketua Sanggar di Sanggar Raksa Budaya Kota Serang. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment pada variable X terhadap variable Y1 menghasilkan nilai 0,675, yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan taraf sig 5% untuk N= 30 dan df = N-2 =28, menghasilkan nilai 2,048 dan terlihat bahwa 4,841 lebih dari 2,048, dan pada perhitungan koefisien korelasi Product Moment pada variable X terhadap variable Y2, nilai 0,943 didapat, yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan taraf sig 5% untuk N= 30 dan df = N-2 =28, diperoleh angka 2,048, dan terlihat bahwa 14,993 lebih dari 2,048. Jadi, pembelajaran tari walijamaliha berdampak positif pada keterampilan motorik kasar dan motorik halus anak-anak usia 5-6 tahun. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran tari Walijamaliha memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan motorik anak usia 5-6 tahun.
