Abstract
Stunting is a condition of growth disorders in children caused by chronic malnutrition, which can affect the physical and cognitive development of children. The problem of stunting in Indonesia is still an important health issue, with a fairly high prevalence rate. The Tangerang Regency Government has made efforts to accelerate the prevention of stunting by issuing Regent Regulation Number 103 of 2022 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction in Tangerang Regency, considering that there are still challenges in its implementation and the high prevalence of stunting that has not reached the national target. This study aims to assess the implementation of Regent Regulation Number 103 of 2022 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction in Tangerang Regency, using the implementation model theory according to Van Metter and Van Horn. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of the study show that although the implementation of this regulation has gone well, there are still several obstacles, such as lack of public understanding in several aspects, lack of family support teams, and difficult-to-change community behavior, especially related to MCK activities along the river. The suggestion submitted is that the implementers involved in the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team, Health Centers, and Village Governments from the 29 existing sub-districts carry out more stunting intervention activities for all targets, as well as the importance of synergy between all related parties in implementing this regent's regulation to achieve the objectives set out in the law.

| Additional Information: | Stunting merupakan kondisi gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronis, yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan fisik dan kognitif anak. Masalah stunting di Indonesia masih menjadi isu kesehatan yang penting, dengan tingkat prevalensi yang cukup tinggi. Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang telah berupaya untuk mempercepat pencegahan stunting melalui diterbitkannya Peraturan Bupati Nomor 103 Tahun 2022 tentang Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Kabupaten Tangerang, mengingat masih adanya tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya dan tingginya angka prevalensi stunting yang belum mencapai target nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai implementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor 103 Tahun 2022 terkait Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Kabupaten Tangerang, dengan menggunakan teori model implementasi menurut Van Metter dan Van Horn. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun implementasi peraturan ini telah berjalan dengan baik, masih terdapat beberapa hambatan, seperti kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat di beberapa aspek, kekurangan tim pendamping keluarga, dan perilaku masyarakat yang sulit diubah, terutama terkait dengan kegiatan MCK di sepanjang aliran sungai. Saran yang diajukan adalah agar pelaksana yang terlibat dalam Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting, Puskesmas, dan Pemerintah Desa dari 29 kecamatan yang ada melakukan lebih banyak kegiatan intervensi stunting kepada seluruh sasaran, serta pentingnya sinergi antara semua pihak terkait dalam pelaksanaan peraturan bupati ini untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam undang-undang tersebut. | |||||||||
