Abstract
The learning of chemistry that integrates the principles of green and sustainable chemistry is still relatively low, and the chemistry learning materials still do not adequately utilize the topic of carbon footprint by employing a socio-scientific issues learning approach. The aim of this research is to develop, assess the feasibility, and understand the students' responses to a socio-scientific issues-based e-module on green and sustainable chemistry regarding the carbon footprint topic in colloid material. The method in this study uses a Research and Development design with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation). Data collection techniques were carried out through validity testing and limited trials. Validity testing was conducted to ascertain the feasibility using Aiken V index of 0.78 for the content and media of the e-module validated by 6 validators. The limited trial aimed to understand the students responses using a sample of 1 class of 11th-grade high school students comprising 30 participants. The validity results are stated to be valid with an average V value of the material aspect of 0.88 and the media aspect of 0.87, as well as the results of a limited trial with student responses of 93%, categorized as very good. Therefore, the developed e-module has met the valid criteria and is suitable for use in learning.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan, mengetahui kelayakan dan mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap e-modul green and sustainable chemistry berbasis socio-scientific issues pada topik jejak karbon materi koloid. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian R&D dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui uji validitas dan uji coba terbatas. Uji validitas untuk mengetahui kelayakan menggunakan indeks Aiken V 0.78 terhadap materi dan media e-modul yang divalidasi oleh 6 validator. Uji coba terbatas untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik menggunakan sampel 1 kelas XI SMA yang melibatkan 30 peserta didik. Hasil validitas dinyatakan valid dengan diperoleh rata-rata nilai V aspek materi 0.88 dan aspek media 0.87 serta hasil uji coba terbatas dengan hasil respon peserta didik sebesar 93% dengan kategori sangat baik. Maka dengan demikian, e-modul yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. | |||||||||
