Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the influence of family dynamics and student learning behavior on the learning outcomes in Geography among Grade XII students at SMAN 1 Jawilan, located in Jawilan District, Serang Regency. The research employed a quantitative method with an ex post facto design. The instrument used in this study was a closed-ended questionnaire administered to 62 respondents, selected through a total sampling technique. The data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple linear regression to examine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The findings of the study showed that family dynamics had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes, as indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.970 and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Likewise, student learning behavior also had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, shown by a regression coefficient of 0.498 and a significance value of 0.000, also less than 0.05. Furthermore, the study revealed that family dynamics and learning behavior simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes, as evidenced by an F-count value of 72.033, which exceeded the F-table value of 1.671, with a significance level of 0.019, which is also less than 0.05. The multiple regression equation derived from the analysis was: Y = 6.366 + 0.760X₁ + 0.178X₂. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.700, indicating that 70% of the variation in student learning outcomes could be explained by family dynamics and learning behavior, while the remaining 30% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Additional Information: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh Dinamika Keluarga Dan Perilaku Belajar Peserta Didik Terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Geografi Di Kelas XII di SMAN 1 Jawilan Kecamatan Jawilan di Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis Ex post Facto. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup pada 62 responden menggunakan teknik total Sampling. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi llinier sederhana dan berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dinamika Keluarga memiliki Pengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi sebesar 0,199 dan nilai signifikansi 0,042 < 0,05, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 69,052 + 0,199X1. (2) Perilaku Belajar memiliki Pengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi sebesar 0,498 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 3,149 + 0,498X2. (3) Dinamika keluarga dan perilaku belajar secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 37,393 yang lebih besar dari F tabel 3,15 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Persamaan regresi berganda yang diperoleh adalah Y = 31,826 + 0,149X₁ + 0,486X₂. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,559. Artinya besarnya pengaruh dinamika keluarga dan perilaku belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 55,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.
