Abstract
This study aims to determine the growth response of cocoa seedlings (Theobroma cacao L.) clone ICCRI 06 H to various doses of humic acid and NPK fertilizer. This study used a Randomized Group Design (RGD) with two factors: humic acid (0 g/plant, 10 g/plant, 20 g/plant, and 30 g/plant) and NPK fertilizer (0 g/plant, 5 g/plant, 7.5 g/plant, and 10 g/plant). The results showed that the application of humic acid at a dose of 20 g/plant gave the best effect on the number of leaves at 8 weeks of age, and on the wet weight parameter at 12 weeks of age. While the application of humic acid at a dose of 30 g/plant gave the best effect on the chlorophyll index parameter at the age of 12 weeks after planting. The application of NPK fertilizer at a dose of 5 g/plant gave the best effect on the parameters of plant height at the age of 4 weeks, leaf area at the age of 12 weeks, and wet weight of plants at the age of 12 weeks. While the application of NPK fertilizer at a dose of 7,5 g/plant gave the best effect on the parameters of plant height at 8 and 12 weeks of age, on the parameters of stem diameter at 4, 8, and 12 weeks of age, on the parameters of the number of leaves at 8 and 12 weeks of age, on the parameters of leaf area at 12 weeks of age, on the parameters of leaf chlorophyll index at 12 weeks of age, on the parameters of plant wet weight at 12 weeks of age, and on the parameters of plant dry weight at 12 weeks of age. Application of NPK fertilizer at a dose of 10 g/plant gave the best effect on the parameters of plant height at 4 weeks of age There was an interaction between the treatment of humic acid and NPK fertilizer a2n2 (20 g/plant of humic acid + 7.5 g/plant of NPK fertilizer) on the parameter of dry weight of plants aged 12 weeks after planting.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian asam humat dengan dosis 20 g/tanaman memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap jumlah daun pada umur 8 minggu, dan terhadap parameter berat basah pada umur 12 minggu. Sedangkan pemberian asam humat dengan dosis 30 g/tanaman memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter indeks klorofil pada umur 12 minggu setelah tanam. Pemberian pupuk NPK dengan dosis 5 g/tanaman memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 4 minggu, luas daun umur 12 minggu, dan berat basah tanaman umur 12 minggu. Sedangkan pemberian pupuk NPK dengan dosis 7,5 g/tanaman memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 8 dan 12 minggu, terhadap parameter diameter batang umur 4, 8, dan 12 minggu, terhadap parameter jumlah daun umur 8 dan 12 minggu, terhadap parameter luas daun umur 12 minggu, terhadap parameter indeks klorofil daun umur 12 minggu, terhadap parameter berat basah tanaman umur 12 minggu, dan terhadap parameter berat kering tanaman umur 12 minggu. Pemberian pupuk NPK dengan dosis 10 g/tanaman memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 4 minggu. Terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan asam humat dan pupuk NPK a2n2 (asam humat 20 g/tanaman + pupuk NPK 7,5 g/tanaman) terhadap parameter berat kering tanaman umur 12 minggu setelah tanam. | |||||||||
